      I work in the corporate headquarters. I feel like I'm always treated as a valuable member of the team and that I have lots of opportunities to participate in projects.

      Cons

      Communications are lacking. Still some chaos surrounding the purchase by Select Medical.

      Pros

      Specifically the staff at my center is amazing I love these ladies and wouldn't trade them for anyone we truly work as team.

      Cons

      Honestly it depends on your job role whether you will be completely stressed out. Front office has the most demanding position out of them all. And it's the most mentally stressful. As well as very few opportunities for a break .Management has too many politics and everybody is at each other's neck back office does have not enough staff too keep up with the flow they would like us to have. And the doctor (at my center ) gets no rest ...
