      Very fun and flexibale environment. Room for growth the Plano, TX center was the BEST

      Cons

      My direct management wasn't very helpful, however I was an independent worker so I made it work for myself.

      Pros

      Coworkers are fun to work with physicians are nice. You get to learn a lot and do a variety of things.

      Cons

      Medical assistants do alot of work for what we get paid for. Feel very unappreciated at times. All they care about is times and how the medical assistant is doing. Understaffed at times.

      Pros

      Pretty good manager. Usually pretty flexible with PTO requests. Company provides uniforms. Most locations are closed on the weekends and close at 5 PM.

      Cons

      Always understaffed. You are expected to do the jobs of 3 or 4 people, but only get paid for the first job. Raises are very rare. You have to use PTO to cover holidays that the clinic is closed.
