      Able to run your center as you wish.

      No advancement available. Always need to run short staffed. Unreal expectations are continually set.

      Pros

      You work from home on your own schedule. That is it.

      Cons

      You are only really paid when people get hurt. Reimbursement is so slow and lengthy. The work expectations constantly change 20 calls a day, then 50 calls a day with 10 meetings per week. This allows you no time to truly make a sale that matters. This makes it so you could care less about the sale and just want as many people to kind of give you a thumbs up so when they are hurt you can get commission.

      There weren't any pros in my time there.

      Cons

      Morale was low. People talked openly about leaving for other jobs. No orientation provided, simply handed a list of "passwords" to apps that were never explained or shown. Scope of responsibilities was unclear. Compensation was ridiculously below market average.
