      Pros

      Supportive and organized leadership. My company understands the philosophy of working together as a close team to strategically and effectively further advance each other as a team.

      Cons

      No cons in regards to my company. But, if you are someone who is unable to handle the responsibility of a career, unable to manage multiple centers and demonstrate leadership qualities then you need to either quit and stop using your teammates to post false comments on glassdoor or do not interview for this position. This is a position for credentialed candidates who want to advance into high pay scales and accept a challenge.

      Pros

      Easy Job, do not need to be a good therapist to thrive in this setting, hands on is discouraged and documentation is easy and quick. Always have a MD or DO or PA or NP on staff so you have no real responsibilities and they do not expect much from therapy so you can kick the can if you want

      Cons

      Workers compensation need I say more, no support from management at all, in fact they try to throw you under the bus if need be, have to deal with a lot of crap that you have no control of, work with not only other therapists and support staff and MDs and PAs, but also MAs and front office staff. Clinics are extremely busy and you have to see a lot of new patients without adequate time to see them. For some reason they think it is a priviledge to work here, but it is actually a much more stressful job than any other that I have had as a therapist in my whole career and you get much much less out of it. Patient's are essentially forced to come down to therapy, so it is as close to LTAC for outpatient therapy as you can be.

      Pros

      Great Training and Benefits. The staff is like Family and Holiday parties are awesome. My group had huge parties and my boss was very cool.

      Cons

      You never know when you are going home because drugs screens can run over. It's hard to get a day off due to short staff. Even if you're scheduled to get off at a certain time, it doesn't matter if you are a closer because people can walk in before it close and you have to stay until the last person is gone.
