      Pros

      I worked with an incredible team, led by a sharp, brilliant department director.

      Cons

      For a specialist position, the salary would be right on. However, were proposal managers in ever sense of the title - so the pay was a little off. Getting cross-functional teams to follow processes was difficult - however they are working on repairing those broken links.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is professional, fun and positive. The passion the employees have to assist patients is evident in all interactions.

      Cons

      Providing a work at home program for the employees that work primarily on the phone.

      Pros

      I really enjoy the people I work with. The hours are more flexible than any other job I have had and they really promote growth and work with you on areas you would like to learn more about to advance your career.

      Cons

      The benefits are not the best, it seems like working in the health care industry employees would have much better benefits
