      The teammates are helpful. Management can be very helpful with training and providing resources for us.

      Cons

      Patient to MA ratio and not enough providers. It can burn everyone out.

      Ineffective, overzealous, boilerplated corporate management approach doesnt always work

      Pros

      Work/life flexibility fair. Exposed to many fascinating industries while servicing accounts.

      Cons

      Sheer lack of market knowledge disturbing. Corporate policy wins out above all. Doctor production requirements pushed out most MD's as they were ludicrous. Patient care/customer service sacrificed for $$$.

      Not as great as they would have you believe

      Pros

      Most of the people you work directly with are great. You get experience with a wide variety of medical problems. Pay and benefits are OK, not great.

      Cons

      Extremely high staff turnover because of burnout - occurs because of chronically inadequate staffing. Local leadership gets blame, but isn't given authority to make changes to fix problems. Company doesn't really care about the welfare of employees - is only interested in how much money they are bringing in. Top heavy with management.
