      Pros

      Coworkers are awesome. Flexibility is great. There are locations are all over the United States! You learn so much regarding patient care for both occupational and non occupational and they are willing to train.

      Cons

      They way the clinic is set up, the front office staff takes most of the heat if the clinicians/ medical assistants/ radio techs are running behind and the wait time begins to grow.

      Pros

      Great co workers, no micro managing , treated as an adult and good bonus structure . Meet lots of clients in interesting places

      Cons

      No quality control of metrics, some dishonesty by other employees as far as real clients and no accountability for it. Management seems to not want to do any ongoing training.
