Way to much work for the front office personnel for the amount of volume, no one wanted to answer the phone, management was bullying and when I brought it up, they said "it is not bullying, it is work", when let go, I said " I tried my very best and my best was not good enough" and they responded, "no it wasn't". I will NEVER work for a company with management this bad. When I was hired, the training was 1 hour and then on my own. Yes, I worked for an Urgent Care before, but not with the paper chart system, and it was way to different, and when I wanted them to train me better they responded they don't have the time because they were to busy and they wanted me to go to another Concentra to train on check out, but that never did happen.

They lie about how much you will be working. The "Electronic Health Record" is electronic in the sense that the word processor is plugged into an electrical socket. The clinical staff works doubly hard to pay the exorbitant salaries of the non financial producers in Sales and Operations. Sales and Operations are purely lazy dead weight for the medical center clinicians to shoulder.
