      Feeling rushed to do work does not equal quality

      Pros

      You can learn a lot. Time goes by fast. There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Leadership and Upper management wants miracles to happen from overworked, under paid, and under staffed employees. They have no respect for x-ray tech and the service they provide, though they need them really bad. You feel so rushed to see patients all day, as if the quality of work doesn't matter however, when quality is comprised, they are wondering what happened. This is a very stressful environment. I would not recommend anyone working for this company unless the upper management and leadership change.

      Pros

      SUPERB MANAGEMENT, excellent growth opportunities, extensive training program, positive work environment, Quality Company and products.

      Cons

      This is a company that lives true to it's values, compensates their employees fairly, and offers a lot of perks and benefits to doing well. Honestly don't have anything negative to say.

      Benefits ie. Time off, Holiday, wages.

      Cons

      They don't care about their patients. The run their locations like a medical mill. They say they care about patient satisfaction, however they do not run with capable staffing, (management bonus's off keeping low staffing budget) Clinic wait times are very extended. They leadership team in Florida is incompetent. You can only grow within the company if your on the in's with area management. I should have taken the hint at the interview when the COD told me I would have been the 5th person in my role in 3 years.
