      Pros

      Great people to work with. Team oriented and supportive.

      Cons

      Health benefits, since they are with current owner Humana is a glorified health savings account. I ended up paying $200 of $210 for an office visit to a primary care doctor.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities within the company, Excellent Pay, Ability to travel depending on job.

      Cons

      I only worked part-time but the some days we needed more staff than what was available for the amount of patients we cared for. The doctors are great but they were overworked, sometimes unable to get a lunch break.

      Room for creativity, support from managers and colleagues is always present, company is always looking to stretch and grow-never content to bask in past successes.

      Cons

      Some processes are not vetted by those who will be directly located by them prior to implantation. Car allowance - or lack thereof - program leaves a great deal to be desired.
