      Constant change can be taxing on some colleagues, but provides for continuous improvement in approaches and new business solutions to be found.

      great stepping stone into the industry.

      Cons

      High turnover. The average sales rep only stays a year and usually either quits or is let go due to some kind of reorganization or another. Reps are told to promise the moon but the organization seldom lives up to expectations. centers are understaffed and overworked.

      Area Operations Management in Cincinnati fake and not real with staff. Area ops directors say one thing and do another.

      MA's, Docs at the clinic are great. Regional Medical Directors and Physicians are awesome. Best part are the physicians

      Area Ops Directors don't support staff. State that they will do one thing/ they do something else. They have many outstanding staff that did not get paid shift diff for nights and evenings. Didn't communicate this was happening. Terrible communication. If you don't get along with the ops click even if you are doing your role and uncovering issues for the betterment of the company; they will tell you that "you are not transparent, that you are not doing your job or truthful." The truth is if you are truly talented and want a progressive career and don't talk like a "valley-girl"; you won't go far in this company in the Cinci Oh midstates area.
