inadequate support staff. difficult to get time off. only 1 PT in the 9 local offices allowed off at same time. required to accommadate walk-in patients, sent over from MD side after same day injuries. most of these patients have already spent too long waiting to see the doctors, and now you have to quickly squeeze them into your full schedule. schedule is overbooked anticipating cancellations. they will book you up to 2 to 3 patients every half hour. slow computers. you will never get lunch or a break. you will barely get time to make an urgent personal phone call. you have to accommodate late patents, no matter how late, wether they called or not, wether they are a day or two late, or if they just showed up without an appointment. think productivity numbers.

Too many unecessary changes, too quick with no training and then write ups for not learning them. If u dont kiss **** your not doing ur job. Not enough staff, and some staff not competent. Some staff works harder that others. Center team takes orders from area tea, where area team doesnt not work with the staff to make life changing decitions on who gets fired or not. Huge communication gap in regional management and center staff. Fires good, hard, dedicated, faithfull, and ethical staff over *** kissers.
