      Collaborative relationship between docs and therapists Continued Education benefits including DPT, manual therapy, APTA membership and outside coursework Evidence based practice with early intervention model Emphasis on leadership training Large national footprint with opportunities for advancement One of the best 401k's in healthcare Solid benefit package with wellness benefits

      Have many single therapist centers which is difficult for new grads

      Pros

      Concentra truly cares about people.... Providing great customer service is as important as developing their colleagues. With the reshaping of America's healthcare options, the company has a developed plan to provide care within multiple markets across all disciplines. The company's growth plans are tremendous and those who are willing to put in the effort for this type of growth will be part of something great. It will be a lot of work.... But what isn't?

      Cons

      Concentra is growing... A lot! Those growing pains are demanding a lot from it's people. Sometimes it is hard to realize how we'll going to do it all.

      Pros

      -Flexible schedule as account executive with ability to work from home. -Great sales training. -New CRM microsoft dynamic system is very helpful. -Upper management on the sales side are very helpful.

      Cons

      -Extreme division between sales and all other disciplines. -Unrealistic sales goals and constantly changing commission structure. -Selling a product you have absolutely no control over (health care). -When the center messes up or any issues occurs sales is always to blame. -Very stressful work environment.
