      A great disappointment

      Pros

      -Great experience for recent grads -Good hours -Many skills learned -Work with various people

      Cons

      -Management is unforgiving with emergencies requiring time off -Very unprofessional at times, upper management/clinical staff talks down to/ yells at you -Unorganized training schedules to learn/ update skills -Little recognition for going above and beyond.

      Senior Management (top 5 leaders) care about employees great transformation taking place in culture and patient experience exciting business opportunities as new services are introduced

      Very limited resources in place to support culture, patient experience, and new busines changes Programs/Products implemented for sake of rolling out versus thoroughly thinking through implementation Compensation at many levels is an issue

      Pros

      Clinics nationwide offering potential to transfer. Majority of employee staffing at clinic level, are all very competent and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      I feel the upper management of Concentra is strong, and staff at clinic level is strong. Somewhere in upper/middle management the implementation of new processes and ideas consistently seems to be bungled. There is a disconnect between area leadership from clinic level.
