Extremely low pay. If they give you even 20 cents expect them to make you work harder and you need to be thankful that you have a job. There are certain managers in the positions they are in and there is no room to grow. You will be stuck in a dead-end job with no life. HR is not responsive and will tell you lies until you stop bothering them. The directors will make you think they are here for you, but they aren't. Very unorganized centers. FL Market managers/Directors are horrible all the way from Medical directors to Operations directors, they will not let you move up and lack basic communication training. They all need to be replaced.
