Pros
Variety of things to do, days go by quickly. You develop a family with your colleagues. Sometimes you get catered lunches and potlucks.
Cons
Concentra only cares about making money. You only get a raise *maybe* annually if the NPER score is high enough. You work your hardest and come home too exhausted to do anything else. We are understaffed and the flow of patients is extreme. Patients can be disrespectful and make you wish you didn’t work in healthcare. No holiday pay.
