      X-ray techs(new or seasoned) don’t accept a position here

      Not much of any other than weekends off.

      Cons

      Full scope rad techs have no reason to accept a position with this company. X-rays are about 15% of what you do, you are expected to accept an MA role and will be taken advantage of due to short staffing issues. Management is incompetent, the company as a whole only cares about numbers, not the patients or the employees running the place. This is only a place holder job while looking for a real X-ray Position elsewhere. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

      Bagels, pot lucks, benefits - that’s pretty much it. Can’t even say like family because it’s not most times.

      Understaffed, add more work and same pay, promise positions just so you can do what they want, under pay, favoritism, do your job well? Here is more work
