Pros

You get to work from home and save from hassles of transportation. Although I did not stay long enough, I think there may be great career opportunities, as they tend to promote within the team when (if one is interested in cross carpeting)

Cons

They milk every ounce of the minimum wage they pay you I feel like the training and subsequent support for new advisors can be improved, before moving to customer facing time
