Discretionary days, monthly performance bonus, double pay and free food on holidays, stability and the opportunity to get experience by going to acting positions fast if you give your best effort

Cons

Acting positions don't get any additional benefit than being agent, but a lot of responsibility; even for getting experience, is not fair to be 2 YEARS as acting, since that long just means the company needs a permanent person in that position, but they don't want to pay for it and prefer to have you as acting long time.
