The program I support in concentrix offer a wide range of promotion and it took me just 8 months to step up and get a higher position. I can say that if you have the skills and the grit to excel and aim for a higher position, some of the programs in CNX offers a fast paced environment for career growth.

Cons

You can have all the experience you need but the offer or salary is too low for the job task that you will be handling. I can say that if you are still starting with the BPO industry, CNX is a fit for you but if you are seeking for financial growth, it might be a challenge for you if you choose this company.

I have been with the company for a year and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I've been able to move through the company's different business units and have learned a lot along the way. Recently I have been promoted to be one of the Program Ready Trainers and have felt encouraged and supported during all the changes. The company is very invested in multiple charities, and I find that amazing. It's a great place to work.
