Pros

Other colleagues and my manager were always helpful when needed. Manager is positive and appreciative of the work I performed to assist him.

Cons

Horrible pay! Company views you as just another worker and doesn't give any incentives for a job well done.Raises are minimal and doesn't keep up with the Cost of Living.

Pros

- Family treatment {So glad our team has great treatment ( treating each other as family). It depends on what team you belong. Not all teams are the same and my support, supervisors, manager are very professional.} - annual increase - lots of incentives

Cons

- Shifting schedule - Strict in filing leaves ( common in any BPO industry) - weekends off not guaranteed
