1. Have Many In-house projects ( Not staffing kind projects) 2. Projects use the latest Tech-stack like Java11, Spring-Boot, Apache Kafka, AWS, etc.. and the Learning scope is good. 3. Everything is transparent, and can easily discuss with our managers on any issues or concerns. 4. User-Friendly HR Team.

Cons

1. Sometimes have to extend a little late at night if we are working on US projects.
