1. Good work life balance , 2. Well planned project sprint development cycle 3. Very stable company

Cons

1. Salary hike is very low year on year 2. Once project relieves, HR relieves same day from the company, they won't let you stay one day to say good by to your colleagues, so plan accordingly when you put resignation
