Concentrix Business Development Representative (BDR) reviews

In my almost 2 years with Concentrix, I can sum up experience in one word: unstable. I felt like I was solely an employee ID number to this company. They do not care about the well-being of their employees. On my first team with Concentrix as a BDR, we were informed a few months in that they would be moving the team outside of the US and they forced us to train the people who were taking our positions. I found out that they had known this information being I had even been hired on to the team. They gave us the option to find another position internally, which I did as a sales development rep on a different team. Not even 3 months in, they were informing me that the headcount of the team would be reduced, and therefor I had 2 weeks to find another position internally. Not a single person spoke to me within the next 2 weeks, they did not care about me as a person or their employee. I was not offered another position and was let go. No severance packages were offered. I was lied to throughout the entirety of both processes and am incredibly disappointed in the way they handled everything. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I am not sure there are any cons currently, organizasation and management is employee oriented
