Benefits are expensive and terrible Confusion and chaos Change supervisors every week or two Pay below average Outside of 30 minutes for lunch and two 15 minute breaks, can only be off the phones for max 5 minutes per day Multiple different answers from sups and team leads for everything Systems go down every day multiple times
