My favorite thing about Posner is the empowerment they give their employees. I feel incredibly trusted to do my job, and I know my team has my back. Those above me want me to succeed, and I have an incredible team to reach out to if I’m ever struggling.

Cons

Working in the event business comes with long hours at times, but that is to be expected anywhere with hospitality.

Cons
