Pros

Great management team with family/employee first focus. They care about the member experience while looking to improve each facility everyday. Appreciate the direct feedback on performance and the delineated expectations of the position. Wonderful opportunity to grow with the company. The expansion of facilities is exciting and provides a path to upward career movement.

Cons

Growing so quickly in a nationwide employee shortage creates lots of staffing opportunities that are hard to fill.

Pros

Took me a while, but i finally found a group of people and a company that speaks the right language and follows through! I enjoy going to work and see the results, but the expectations aren't unrealistic and the guests aren't always right. Whats right is right!

Cons

Hours can be long, but thats hospitality. Hopefully people start getting back to work real jobs again so we can get back to normal.

Pros

None. There are none. See the review from a “current general manager” on October 25th. It nailed it and it 100% accurate. There is no way a company goes from 2.3 average rating to 4.2 or whatever it is now in a couple months. There has been no change up top to effect this sudden swell of love for Concert. Must be getting ready to sell the company.

Cons

See the review for “current general manager” on October 25th, 2022. It nails the culture. Good employees are constantly fired for making members happy, growing volume in a way that corporate didn’t think of so it’s a bad idea, and developing teams that they accuse you of working behind the scenes in some twisted way to push your own agenda. Once the powers that be feel even a little threatened, you’re gone. Not their idea? You’re gone. Make all your numbers? You’re gone. The current “regional” managers have a side bet to push their EBITDA hard while making the salaried employees lives much more difficult and adding no value for the membership. If you’re a puppet and can’t think for yourself, you might make it a year. Have a brain? Look elsewhere.
