      Pros

      Fast-paced work environment. The days go by really fast! Staff and Management are very helpful and responsive if you need help or have questions. If you don't know how to do something they are quick to help and are nice and understanding.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but it can be a high-pressured work environment.

      Pros

      The personality of the higher-ups that they hire are great. Myself, other works, and club members would mesh well if a new higher up is hired. Manager, Assistant, Food/Floor Manager, etc...

      Cons

      I had more General Managers than I had years working at this company (6) and was constantly discarded by whoever was new that summer despite having more experience with members at the pool and the club in general. Really turned me off from working there by my last year.
