      Pros

      Great senior management team, supportive when needed but do not micromanage. Left to run your department as its own business with little to no interference. Always willing to support you when requested.

      Cons

      Would like to see an increased focus on improving benefit packages (Medical and 401k specifically). Operationally, there are no cons that you would not find at any other place of employment.

      Concert Golf Partners provides an abundance of opportunities to grow and develop your current skills giving you the chance to work your way into new/higher positions.

      Cons

      I wish Concert Golf Partners could a better benefit package. They also do not offer a 401k match.
