      Smart people, the credit space provides a great introduction to analytics in business, your work makes a tangible impact right away, good work/life balance.

      I think pay is lower than it should be; mandatory hybrid schedule.

      Great place to get a foot in the door for analytics. Lots of opportunity to grow in the company if you're positioned on the right team. Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Doesn't offer competitive pay based on the industry. Certain departments are undervalued and difficult to move up in. Portland is a beautiful city to live in.
