Business Outlook
Pros
Great team work, good spirited people, flexible schedule, good location, great salaries, lots of opportunities to learn and grow. As a full time employee I feel heard and taken care of by the company. The benefits package is the best I have had so far.
Cons
There is an urgent need for a cultural change, most business processes and policies are stuck in a small company mindset. While you can tell that the company wants to move in the right direction, sometimes it feels like the upper level management is afraid to take big steps.
