Some good people. They haven't bounced a paycheck

Cons

Very low pay, egotistical managers, out of touch directors and executives. No room for growth, favoritism is how people move up. The director and SUM in my dept have run a once high performing team into the ground. Systems don't work, unattainable work metrics based on work load. Low morale
