Remote work is the only pro at this company

Absolutely horrible work environment. Executive management is composed of 4 narcissistic VPs that have worked there forever. They protect each other and terminate any employee that has experience of what a healthy work environment looks like. HR has no power to protect you from retaliation. They openly break every EEOC law and don't care. Be careful they're in the process of changing their name/ brand to try to slip by folks who are educating themselves on their tactics.
