      Pros

      There are some great people there, unfortunately suffering the same issues as I did.

      Cons

      * Terrible pay (Not even close to industry standard) * Willing to let you go - they BLEED talent, constantly * Zero awareness of the staff culture and people C-suite is stuffy and disconnected from humans * No ability to nurture internal talent in a meaningful way

      Pros

      There's plenty of room to grow, as long as you dance according to the music played by senior leadership.

      Cons

      There is no direction. Decisions are made and not properly communicated down the food chain. Environment is very toxic. Someone else always knows of a better way of doing things.

      Know schedule almost a month in advance.

      Cons

      Constant policy changes for partners. Training isnt completed at one time for all aspects of job leading to alot of transfers Xmas busy season 70/100 calls daily. Non busy lucky to get 20
