The work is interesting enough, but the people you get to work with makes this place good. A lot of learning and growth opportunities if you are interested in the consumer finance industry.

Cons

Growing pain as always. At times management had unrealistic timelines and expectations. Communication is an issue between teams.

Cons

Terrible senior leadership, toxic work environment and no data quality or any operational improvement since ages. They won't even give you work laptop. It's comical and tragic at the same time.
