You'll learn a lot, but that's only due to necessary self-teaching and being over-worked.

Cons

See pros. Also: terrible structure, oblivious management, nonexistent communication, favoritism, nepotism, issues within basically every system due to quick fixes to major problems that never get truly fixed... I could continue, but it doesn't feel necessary.
