      Very chilled. Growth opportunities. Nice festivities during the month, laid back dress code

      Cons

      Bonus, if met is very little and nor desirable. It is like, i really dont care if i meet bonus or not. Health insurance is very high! 120 bi weekly for a single smoker

      Pros

      Genesis has(d) a lot of exceptional people working for them across several teams. There is (was) a sense of belonging to a team - that made you want to go the extra mile to help out. There was a lot of great learning opportunities to grow multiple skills.

      Cons

      There are two “leaders” that lead by fear tactics and also by just making up lies about your work / work ethic. These two people have made the environment so toxic and miserable that over the last few months there has been an average of one person a week putting in their notice. In addition to above, these two want to do nothing but place blame on those that came before them. They also have very loudly let it be know that no one at the company is good enough to implement their vision. Lastly, they make statements that they want people to challenge them. This couldn’t be further from the truth, it has been proven that they want to play politics, place blame, and not move forward.
