      Remote first culture -they provide equipment

      Cons

      Just an awful company to work at. The systems and software are complete garbage. Data management is abysmal. It is very scary to think financial advisors use Concorde as their books and records. Training and onboarding was a joke. One of the worst companies I've had the displeasure to work at. Steer clear of this firm.

      Pros

      Outstanding core values and culture. A company that believes in doing things in best interest of everyone from shareholders to employees. Very open and communicative team focused on service, respect and being industry leaders in an ethical and compliant nature.
