      Pros

      Pay is great, awesome enviornment, alot of teachers and mentors. Workout facility, great health care and 401k match. Owner in an owner/operator and very supportive of everyone. Truly wants everybody to succeed with life and work.

      Cons

      Can be very stressful. Very loud and crazy at times. Higher up tends to micromanage.
