Pros
CTC has an educated, professional, dedicated work force at the 'worker bee' level. Salaries and benefits are good for the area.
Cons
Most people feel CTC has no future and I have to agree. I don't think that the CEO and BOD have the competence to recover from the severe downward spiral. While I realize government funding cuts have had an impact on many companies, CTC should have been positioned better to react to the changes. Management is out of touch with what is happening on the front lines with direct staff, and don't seem to care much anyway. Anyone who is left (other than EM) is looking for a job and will be gone as soon as they find something suitable.
