Pros
The employees are friendly and are willing to back each other up if someone is out on paid leave or unexpectedly so no tasking falls through the cracks; the flex time policy is very beneficial to employees for appointments, sick time, etc.; accruing paid leave time and/or getting paid up to 120 hours.
Cons
Communication is key and employees feel there is not enough day to day communication, whether it is from ED to LM to Employee or amongst peers. The morale is rather low right now with uncertainty - potential new layoffs, projects ending and no follow-on work, etc.
