      Pros

      Above average pay for what you do. Great hours and ability to work off-site. Some of the best midlle management people I have ever worked with or for.

      Cons

      Senior management really needs to move on. They appear to be all about the bottom line and not the people as it once was. I have seem many of CTC's best pushed out the door and some of the less production stay which may be a family relationship thing. Very dependent on DoD; right now times are bad and when or if they get better, CTC won't have the needed experience to land the contracts.

      Pros

      I work 20 hours a week as a receptionist. Everyone in the company treats me with respect. My requests and problems are addressed immediately. My schedule is flexible, and management will always work with me on the schedule.

      Cons

      I love my job, and find no cons. It's an exceptionally good place to work. I've been in this position for 20 years.

      Pros

      Leadership has made some difficult, but necessary, decisions with respect to rightsizing the company in response to a challenging defense contracting environment. There are so many great employees at the company and the current workforce is focused on growing the business. I feel fortunate to work here. The company has provided me and many other employees with great benefits and excellent opportunities for professional growth.

      Cons

      The company has to focus on current clients and new clients/new business, while managing costs and operating as efficiently as possible. They are all of equal priority, so it’s a challenge.
