Pros

-Great people to work with -Free stuff -Chill office environment -See Anna from time to time! (an icon) -Opportunity to work on some cool stuff -Test Kitchen!!!!

Cons

-Leadership has no idea what they're doing. More worried about in office presence than productivity and outcomes. -Below market pay (but c-suite still collecting sweet bonuses) -Random rounds of layoffs -No real strategy for growth and adaptation to digital age -Some people will ignore you if you're below VP even though you're actually trying to get information to move things forward

Pros

Amazing and inspiring brands Great Clients Good Budgets Nice colleagues

Cons

Constant restructuring makes it harder to achieve long-term success and progression and there does seem to be a bias towards certain people in the company
