Pros

Good experience working with US/UK management — professional and organized

Cons

When I joined, the company painted a very grand picture—comparing themselves to the likes of Google, Meta, Amazon, etc. But once inside, it was a very different reality. There are no real policies in place that balance employee well-being and company goals. Most things seem to change on a whim, with no long-term thinking or consistency.Every year, there are policy overhauls, and employees are told these are decisions from the US office. But in reality, it's the Indian leadership calling the shots, often making sudden and questionable changes that leave employees confused and demotivated. Back when US leadership was more involved, things were at least manageable. But as key roles started shifting to India, the environment has gone downhill fast. Now, it feels completely directionless—there’s no clarity, no accountability, and definitely no focus on employee growth. It’s frustrating and exhausting to work in such a setup.
