Constant chaos and restructuring

Pros

Fun office events, great work life balance

Cons

Leadership has no clear strategy or vision and will often walk back on decisions. Operational processes do not make sense, employees are used to working in chaos. Layoffs commonly happen 1-2x a year and are poorly handled.

Not Worth It

Pros

Best in class media but a dinosaur company.

Cons

Unfortunately if you’re looking for a sustainable job opportunity do not come here. The company is flailing and because it’s privately owned you’d never know until you’re inside. So many people are looking to leave.
