Pros

Get to work with really talented freelancers, meet interesting people, and contribute to the magazine process.

Cons

Negative working environment even when all the people are really nice. A lot of complaining which can be difficult to stay positive through.

Pros

You are able to learn at a big house and take that knowledge with you throughout your life. Working at a company such as Conde Nast gives you the thick skin and ammunition needed to make it anywhere. There is no hand holding at this company.

Cons

There should be more training for new employees, very competitive and make or break mentality
