Pros

Conde Nast offers fantastic benefits - including summer hours which they continued to honor even in a down economy. There's also the prestige that comes with working at this company, which everyone seems to be in awe of.

Cons

Expect to be over worked. Long hours and short tempers are a dime a dozen here. Know how to handle the Diva's ... there are plenty.... and you should be alright.
