Pros

Very good to learn a lot of things, and very good for CV. You acquire experience to deal with lots of departments. You are exposed to nice brands.

Cons

Internal competition was horrible. Company culture was that every department acted in silos. Directors were always protected no matter how badly they did their jobs.

Pros

My boss was very good, I learned a lot from him, how to solve a problem and business sence. Very nice colleagues.

Cons

Salary and benefits were not so good. They don't care much about employees

Pros

Collaborative and friendly environment. People want to help one another, and will always be willing to help if you ask. Nice central location.

Cons

Lack of visibility on progression throughout your career, either within or outside of the company. In general though, most people are willing to help you.
