Pros

I love this company and think the culture, the people and the product are all amazing! It is so refreshing to know that you can be happy and do great things at the same time. I wake up every morning knowing I love my job. I look forward to growing with Conductor and believe this will be the last stop of my career journey. I feel like I finally found a home. Everyone from the CEO down are very positive, knowledgeable, and are always willing to help.

Cons

I cannot think of a single con.

Pros

I enjoy my colleagues. Great PTO. The newest AI advancements are cool although some are prematurely pushed.

Cons

The amount of people leaving the CS department should be a huge red flag and sign to leadership that they are not doing things right by us. Within one month, four AMs/CSMs have already announced they are departing Conductor. Instead of backfilling those positions, they just handed everyone all of their accounts. It’s cruel that they continue to give us tons of more work but nothing in return — not even recognition. CEO clearly doesn’t appreciate CS.

Pros

Truly enjoy working with the people here, kudos to leadership for building a mission-first, people-first culture here that's not just fluff. The industry has gone through a number of shifts in the past few years, so it does feel like change is constant and there is never a moment to just coast - but it certainly forces a lot of growth and a variety of experiences that you wouldn't normally get from one company (funding, acquisitions, repositioning, industry disruption). The recent changes brought on by AI have been the most chaotic, but also the most exciting.

Cons

Compensation could be a bit higher
