Truly enjoy working with the people here, kudos to leadership for building a mission-first, people-first culture here that's not just fluff. The industry has gone through a number of shifts in the past few years, so it does feel like change is constant and there is never a moment to just coast - but it certainly forces a lot of growth and a variety of experiences that you wouldn't normally get from one company (funding, acquisitions, repositioning, industry disruption). The recent changes brought on by AI have been the most chaotic, but also the most exciting.

Work life balance, benefits, managers do care about you and how you're actually doing. Great, amazing people. Have lots of real friendships too from work. The office is nice too! This was my first job out of college, so really great place to start.
